New to this whole thng, and I need help.

you can run our bots on a Mac via Vmware,Parallels or Bootcamp
 
I got Parallels, but I have another question. When I open the bot file, it just shows more files and documents. What to I use to open the program?
 
i am not experienced on Parallels setup :(
