New to the expansion ~ What type of fish should I be catching?

Really new to the x-pack played the first month of release for about a month and than quit and came back two months ago when I bought my bot, so I am really out of the loop!

What fish should I be farming if I'm looking to make some gold out of the profession and if any one knows of some good AA profiles that would be lovely

What is with the influx of fish questions lately? I got the same explanation for you as I did for the last guy:
Every server is different! What works on my server, may or may not work on your server!

A way of discovering the answer to the question "what sells?" is through the use of a collection tool/information provider The Undermine Journal.
On the main page navigate down to, and click on, your Server-Faction.

At the top menu bar you'll notice "Hot Items", "Great Deals", "Crafted", "Gathered", "Site", & "Affiliates" - You will be focusing on Gathered -> Cooking (for your current question). There is an explanation of the column headers at the top, read them, we'll be watching "Price".

Scroll down the page, looking for the top price sellers on your market; the rest is pretty straight forward with moderate reading.
