New to honor buddy

Hey love the program well worth the money, could some people help me with a few things though?

How do I install plugins?

And if I download a profile and it's a zip file were do I extract it to?

Download the plugins, put them under your plugin file where your honor buddy folders are, for the profile you can extract it anywhere you like such as downloads or in a folder that you have created, you will just need to be able to reach it when you click upload profile on honorbuddy.
