New to HB - Program Wont launch - Logs included

New here and was hoping someone could help me out.

I've downloaded the 3.5 Netframe, the C++ program, made sure my WoW settings are directx 9 and everything I could in these forums. What else am I missing?

make sure you installed net framework using this link
Download: .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

and that you installed all the available windows updates after net framework installation

Tony - I just re-downloaded the Net Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 and I've also updated XP to service pack 3.

Program still wont load. What more can I do here to get it to work? If I cant get this working can I get a refund?

Mastag - that is the entire log file. I copied and pasted the log file exactly as it was listed in the text file and pasted it above. Even got the formatting right as well.

*** update*** after the second time of trying the HB logon screen finally loaded.

Now the only issue is I cant log in.

is exactly what it says. I've tried using my forum name as the login. Tried my email address and the key and still nothing.


HELP PLEASE.

To login you put your key in the username field and leave password blank.

Your key can be found on "http://www.buddyauth.com" after registering with the email you used during purchase, or in the email that was sent to you.

You don't use your email or forum login in honorbuddy.exe

Also when I do not enter a password for the Bot it tells me to enter my shop password. Man I am confused.. lol
