New to HB, Bot Config shows all BGs greyed out

I'm new to this but I wanted to start BG botting and first of all I am doing this on a level 20 and am hoping to level with BGs and get honor. My main problem is with the bot config which sometimes shows all the BGs greyed out so I can't select any and sometimes shows only Warsong and AB. How can I make it so that they are all lit up and I can queue for randoms? Also which profile should I choose if I get random working because I dont' have a random bg profile in my default classes. Thanks.

God fuck I'm retarded I could only Q for AB and WSG because I'm only able to at level 20. When I hit 85 though which profile should I use for randoms? A default one or shoudl I download a mage one or somethin g?

are you using PVPbot, BGbot.
does restarting HB help
and could you please post a log please.

a wow and Hb restart should fix this issue
you dont need a profile,Hb will auto load the pvp profiles
