New to Exile buddy

Hello,

This is the first time I'm using this bot so I'm not quite sure how to go about setting up a profile or bot to use in it.
I basically want to level up my toons to the point they can farm comfortably for items etc.

How do I go about this? As of right now the only bots that are available with exilebuddy is the OldGrindBot and routine is OldRoutine. I don't really know exactly what these are, and tried to start them anyway but they don't start so I'm guessing I need to set something up.

As a complete novice I could use some advice to set up the bot, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bot wont start until you set up some hotkeys first.

Routines > OldRoutine > Skill Slots

After this go to Bots > OldGrindBot and set the zone / difficulty you want to farm in.

That should get you started.


There is also a questbot you can use, but its in beta atm. It works pretty good, but i would start with the basics personally to get used to the bot, then jump into questbot.

1a. Read and understand everything posted
2. get EquipPlugin
2a. Read and understand everything posted
3. get GemLevelerPro
3a. Read and understand everything posted
4. get CommunityLib
4a. Read and understand everything posted
5. Put all the zips in the 3rdParty folder insider your ExileBuddy installation
6. Rename the folder where you've got exilebuddy to something random
7. Rename ExileBuddy.exe or ExileBuddyBETA.exe to something random
8. Start the game
9. Log in to your character, put "Move Only" on the middle mouse bar
10. In game, go to Options -> UI -> Key Pickup -> Use Higlight Key
11. In ExileBuddy, change from OldGrindBot to QuestBot
12. in ExileBuddy, go to settings, plugins
13. Click on EquipPlugin, then on Enabled
14. in EquipPlugin, click on Settings and load a Profile (see the EquipPlugin thread for more information), you did read it, did you?
15. Click on GemLevelerPro, then on Enabled
16. Click on EXtensions, then on Enabled
17. Click on CommunityLib, then on Enabled
18. Close settings
19. Click Start
20. Lay back and enjoy the show
