New to botting in general having first issue with HB

downloaded the most current version of HB.. open log in with code. get error:

This sometimes comes up when either your loading the bot on the character selection screen or its on a blue bar loading screen, either way, go into the character you want, and wait till its fully loaded, then start the bot.
