New to bots and not sure about Honorbuddy...

I still find it funny why everyone is calling it "a ban" when we all know it's just a suspension.

I am talking about honorbuddy, and any 3rd party software way to be anal and look at one thing you completely misunderstood and tried to sound smart about it, please before you start talking crap get your facts right. Secondly we are on the honorbuddy forum I am discussing HB not any other software you retard as he is asking for HB,if you use a bot for whatever purposes you will get banned if you use it a long amount of time ive tested this theory out, if you leave it for an abnormal amount of time on Blizzard will detect it in however way but they will detect it. If you Make an abnormal amount of gold, or farm an abnormal amount in a day these all trigger the safety features blizzard has input then the blizzard team will decide how to ban you.
So again I say please do not talk about things you do not understand so please sit in the cornor and be quiet while adults talk okay? what you said was completely useless
 
hdleo please don't make a fool out of yourself. It has nothing to do with how long time you have been botted what so ever.

I have some friends who just bought Honorbuddy for the very first time the 15th of December. They used the bot for like 1 hour and they got suspended for 6 months the 16th of December.

So I guess you can take your "theory", stick it up and keep it there.

But I don't understand. When you see the alert "Tripwire Active, shutting down Honorbuddy!" at loggin why people just disconnect and quit HB, waiting the new release ? With that you will never be ban.
Sorry if i said a wrong thing.

AND, watch all day forum before launch your bot to see if a ban wave is active.

Because when Tripwire activated at the 16th of December it was already too late. People had their asses flagged already.
 
One on my Bots is still alive. Other Gamers with no Honorbuddy Usage at all are banned too. I bot from 2012 on, and that they got me was my Fault, not the Fault of Bossland. I never bot for a big Bunch of Time, I did not sell Mat´s in Masses (I used them myself). I bot only at Night. But I used Profiles who are seen unsure und try to Profession up in Mining by brute Force. Usually Bot was on a separated Computer, but this Time not, because i have been to lazy. Maybe its even you who do not understand, but react in the Way Blizzard want you to react.

meth0d with a name as logical as that one can presume you can make logical statements but apparently not, you had just said your friend used it during the time of the banwave that means when security was active he might not have known at the time but thats bad luck. Now please understand what I am saying you slow narcissistic troll, EXCLUDING THE TIME OF THE BAN WAVE, when world of warcraft seems like the magical place it is again when there are no more ban waves or suspensions, if you bot for an abnormal amount of time, blizzard will detect you and they will ban you. do you understand on that level of english?
so now i tell you what you told me, take your generations of useless siblings and other matters you have bred with and contain yourself in a cornor of humanity where no one can interact with the level of inconceivable stupidity in which you spewed out trying to make yourself the big man.

Its just annoying when people, who clearly need an upgrade to their brain, can't seem to comprehend what a person is saying and respond to that person with trash talk...
if you're facts are incorrect or misunderstand what the other person is saying completely and get pissed off or simply have no clue what you are on about then just do not speak, simple don't you think?
 
Been using honorbuddy on my main account for atleast three expansions. I usually play the 3-4 first months of the expansions then quit until the next one, but during that time I'm botting 24/7. Be it farming, questing new toons to arena and bg, not even one warning.

I have had HB since 2010... i got hit in this ban wave I missed the last ban wave... I stopped playing for about year with SoO after heroic Garrosh kill there was nothing more to do in the game that interested me. Well same goes for WoD too once u kill Archi... but farming gold and making lots of gold to buy rare mounts off the BMAH is always a fun time for me. We got f'd by something. But look at botting this way.... If you haven't yet been banned you will be at some time. Also if you are going to bot.... bot smart... if you don't want to lose your main license.... don't bot on it. use a sep bnet account with sep licenses and a proxy and your main account and bnet will be safer....

Basically if you for mount/pet/achievement collection you should bot with honorbuddy because you will keep them if you buy new 20 euro account. If you into many alts then it's not that friendly unless you decide you won't bot after 6months ban with old banned account anymore.

If you instead try to progress in raids with guild or just serious about your character you probably shouldn't bot.

Where do you get your Info? T Hey don allow character transfer, I guarantee that. There is a bug that allowed us to take banned account and transfer toons. They came for my transferred toon that very same night. The kicker is the next day, i log in, and I guess a bug had swapped my old rogue for my new rogue, so even after taking him back there was my rogue fully geared no longer a 100 boost. I swear by all that is holy they took 2 character, because I remember putting in a ticket to find out what happend they explained That even though i submitted transfer before my accounts got banned, and even though my characters arrived on my new account prior to this, they were still going to take him.
The real kicker is that next day on my rogue that somehow magically was swapped with my boosted on, well they came and grabbed him to. I had just put 150k of LEGIT gold, and I do me now from banned account, not from botting, I had saved up over the years, and had in a untouched emergency guild bank just for the reason like this. I put in a ticket, told the GM you are taking a toon that has done nothing wrong, ive done nothing wrong, he didn't care he also didn't care that the gold was literally transferred to him 30 min before and was not from suspended account, he wouldn't even look. He just said you will get it back after 6 months. i went off and wow did i call him every name in the book and threaten him. Little smug prick. Its one thing to bot, lose your tons, its a totally different t to llode them all to a fucking thief, a GM thief at that.
 
The OP and his post looks a little suspicious to me, you know... Maybe a blizzard employee having some fun in our forums? You have to ask yourself....
 
Nah, not an employee. More like a Bl!zz forum user having some lulz. If not then as has been said many times already...botting = getting banned. Whether the bot is detected or not. Note i said detected as everything is detectable. And even if it is detected it could be 1 hour or...oh i don't know...let's say 6 months or so before a wave or a single ban.

No-one here knows, or is willing to say if they do know, how Bl!zz bans. And let's be honest. Even if someone piped up and said "HAI GUIZE. I R Bl!zz employee and this is how it works..." Who would believe them?

And yes. There is a huge difference between a ban wave and a suspension wave so there is that.

Just because you played for 1.5yrs doesn't mean anything. Other people were banned in that period. And it got a lot worse with BG botting in recent times, where people were wining about it constantly in the Blizz forums, so they had to do something to appease the masses. But they certainly didn't go close to banning everyone who was using honorbuddy, that's for sure.

Damn, and here I thought I was being sneaky. Guess all these years of working for Blizz made me sloppy. *shakes head*
