EVGA GTX 660TI - 2GB
128SSD (May need a bigger one?)
Cooler Master CM690 II Tower

Realistic to put out 8-10 Bots on this machine and still be able to use the computer? (Browsing, Videos etc)

Also will I need to add PSU or more cooling options?

All opinions welcome, and if you have some better recommendations please say so

your CPU is going to be the bottle neck. I would go with the i7-2600K or any other 8 threaded processor. The 2600k is extremely easy and safe to overclock with any aftermarket cooler. 128gssd is enough for about 5 DB's and Windows. If your not going to use isoboxer that will run multiple D3's from one install your going to need a much bigger HD for 8-10 bots. Just so you have an idea. I have I7-2600k overclocked to 3.8ghz running 4 bots at 40-50% load using 7.5 gb of ram. So, drop your ram down, get a better CPU and bigger HD and you will be good to go for 8-10 bots.

Edit: AMD has some solid budget 8 core processors (its been a few months since I bought my rig and don't remember specifics) which are great for botting and might even outperform an i7 while running 8+ bots. However the difference is small and will vary on your overclock and the I7 has better overall performance.

Would I have to OC an i7/i5 to get decent performance to run 8-10 bots? And with OC I'll definately need a cooler.. any suggestions?

How much could I expect to run with an i5 / i7 without OCing?
