New release not workin for me

Also I notice that when i launch honorbuddy it tries to launch a separate WoW window even if it is already running/if i am in game. Is this supposed to happen? The old HB did not do that.
 
Works for me now, just downloaded the zip from the release tread for the 5th time and this time i put it on another drive... dont know why but it works..
 
Not sure if it is what fixed it but I disabled all addons in wow and all buddy store things that I wasn't using and it is working. Will go back and add em one by one and see if I can find the culprit. = )

The install doesnt work for me at all i just get Error 0x80070490, so i always use the zip and unpack it to a new map.

from the desktop to documents.
 
Weird..... I tried to re-create what you did but it still doesn't work :/

Additional update: Almost certain I found a fix. Definitively has to do with anti-virus programs. If anyone else has a similar problem the first thing I recommenced doing is adding HonorBuddy (and subfolders) to your anti-virus program exemption list.

Had the same problem. In my case, somehow my client was set back to 64bit. Once I checked 32bit client in the settings, it all worked again.
 
guys if you need help, you need to make your own threads with full logs as attachments. i cant fix a thread of 3 pages with everyone having different issues.
