New Random Battleground mode

I've noticed after the patch that the Random BG gives an honor bonus. Does it also give an xp bonus (Like CTA weekends).

If so this is clearly the way forward in the new HB. Mixed Grind and Random BG.

Some people are saying random BGs are like call to arms weekend in the amount of xp they give out-is this true? (Honor bonus is the same).

Also can we finally have a fix for the nav mesh issue with SOTA and IOC.

Correct me if im wrong but theres no difference to how it worked before? The exp you get correlates to the Honor you get, but this is all irrelevant because you cant do random BG's til 80 anyway can you?

Nope, you can do random BG's from 70 i think, Well im sitting at 76 and i have the option.

However, Apparently now if you roll randoms you get the honor boost and xp bonus equivalent to Call To Arms weekends.

So if all the Nav Mesh issues get sorted this is going to be absurdly easy to level.

With gathering now giving XP, leveling is getting a boost across the board now.

Problem is that to effectivley gather using GB you have to be a fair few levels above the zone. So it's not a great levelling device to gain initial levels but a nice boost once you have them.

Don't think it's level 20 up (my 24 druid doesn't have the option). Think it's 70+. Could any1 clarify?

I Dont have random on my mage level 32, but i do have it on my level 54 hunter. I think it starts at level 51 when you get AV

And after the first random my hunter got like hafe a level, so its like the cta, not sure if its only the first or if its all randoms that give that much

Yeah just dinged 51 and now have the option to random. Not sure on the xp, doesnt seem as good as call to arms but def better than normal.

Just been having a look.

Bonus xp is on number of HKs. So each HK gives XP. So therefore if bonus honor is the same it follows that bonus xp must be the same.

wow i just got ~30k xp at 51 in WSG random.

ran the flag twice and got pretty high in kills.. was a 2-0 win.
