Just recvd key in the email after purchase. New user. here is the log.
Authentication failure. I have verified that the key is exact per the key in the email rcvd.

Manually typing it in.
copy/paste.
just now searching forums for any help.

Demonbuddy also states max sessions. never used it before, so I know that has not happened.

operating system - windows 7 64bit.

also running as administrator. just providing as much info as I can for any help. I am thinking something is either with the key, or some sort of registration to validate the software. it also has a pop up for update but unable to update since the authentication fails. or at least that is the verbage that comes up.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
