1) Does the 1 unlimited session package mean that the bot can run 1 account?

Yes, 1 unlimited session package means 1 account per Exilebuddy.exe, for a lifetime.
VPN discussion isn't allowed.

As Grappling, 1 EB account can run any number of PoE accounts *but* not in parallel. For instance an EB account I have runs 3 to 4 PoE accounts over a 24 hour period.
