My US realm just restarted and it looks like a small patch 4.0.6a has just been pushed to live.

It's broken my WoW client (and others I've spoken to) as it can't validate it. I guess they broke the WoW client

WoW client can't validate, so it looks like they've made a mistake with the patch and will have to patch it

I started it via the wow exe rather then launcher and i got no update, boting looks to be working fine using GB2.

WOW clients now fixed but it broke attachment to HB 4001

Yep new small patch.

We'll have to wait for an update. HB and I presume GB won't attach. Offsets must have changed.

If your WoW can't detect game version, make sure you're running from the Launcher then run the Repair Tool from within the Launcher (under Help). Should fix that problem. Offsets, etc for 4001 will still need to be fixed before we can automate, though...

• The banners at each capture point now take 8 seconds to capture, up from 5. Note that when the banners are neutral and have not yet been captured by either faction at the start of a battle, they will display the wrong location names (Mine says Farm, Waterworks says Blacksmith, and Lighthouse says Stables).

Yes, my realm had a restart this morning apparently for the hotfixes previously mentioned. When I tried to log back on I got the error of corrupt version or whatever. I deleted my cache and was able to get back on line. However, HB is giving me the "You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!" message like others have said. Just posting to confirm this is apparently happening for for all HB users that had the hotfix on their realm.
