yea i'm getting the same thing. I was playing all this morning okay. but then I restarted SWTOR about an hour ago, which then downloaded yet another small update:
yesterdays patch came in pretty quick so im hoping to play again later tonight

Swtor released a part b to their patch this morning to fix the errors and crashes that people running AMD gpu's were experiencing. So BW sees swtor as being a new version and wont hook in. Just gotta wait for the big guy to get online and fix it.
