New of hearthbuddy - bot not start

hello im new of hearthbuddy

but bot when i push on start he have error and not start

i use win 10, is not compatible?

if there one good guide please link me. i read some guide and says start hearthbuddy and push start . but so not work.

hi no only running on notebook with win 10 64 bit

in wifi connection

is empty notebook only for run some bots

seems i have problem in deck name

if i write something i have these errors. if leave emtpy field he says " please type name for practice custom deck "

what name i need put? i have acccount fresh only completed tutorial and start practice mode

i write : MAGE / mage / jaina produmoure / Hunter / Rexxar

still nothing
