Have you actually read that post? It basically says that right now the bot does nothing, but is an API for people to build stuff on. A bit further digging shows that it is being worked on, but its current form isn't 'usable' by regular users:

As with all new Bossland bots, we start small and grow the bot as it and the game mature. For now, Archebudy exists as a framework with an open API. The bot is not yet in a 'turn key' state.
