After recent update, ur new mount logic broke questing bot
he just flying around hotspots and quest targets and do nothing!
he failed first garrison quest.
sometimes he just can't decide which target to kill, just running between them and nothing
for target A he run via NavType:Run, for target B he run via NavType:Fly etc.
