Felhunter was one of the best pve CC for hunters that I've found till now but its becoming outdated and falldown has abandoned it since it wasn't started by him and his game time is up but he's offered it up for anyone to update/improve.

Feel free to use or edit it in anyway you want, it's a modification of Felmaster CC, for which rotations are meant to be made by the community.
And I've abandoned the the CC as I got rather busy with school (finals coming up) and ran out of WoW time and didn't feel like paying for more as Cowdude (creater of Felmaster) hasn't been active so there's very little room for improvement as he isn't updating his CC.
Honestly anyone can edit it, I have no coding experience and I just started going through the code and seeing what I could do, so please, edit it as you like and post updates for others to use, teamwork ftw!
