New Logic Rules

Hi, may I know how does the new Logic Rule work? I hope the bot is okay to use now? I just checked back today and it seems like there's some new updates.

How do I set a universal setting for example: keep the highest iv of the top 5 of the same pokemon, and transfer the rest away. Do not transfer the rare or favourited pokemons.

Rules doesnt work

My logic catch and transfer rules doesnt work too. I´ve changed it, to every possible settings but nothing happend. Every fuckung common Pokemon, like rattan or pidged or like this, catch the bot.
