All accounts (PTC) have white blank shop after using pokemon farmer. That means, there is no item in the shop. You can still see how many coins you have and collect coin.
From what I had previously read online, this is applicable to flagged accounts. Such accounts will not be able to make any in-game purchases and there will be no items view-able to them.
