Done it...but stil get the same maxsessions msg and cant log in
First, try killing buddyauth sessions again. Do not log in. Wait 10 mins - if another session logs in, then someone has your key. If not, then you may just be logging in too fast / have a ghost honorbuddy.exe in your taskmgr
then you guys may have had your keys stolen. If you give out your keys to your friends ... that's just like giving out the keys to your car, someone can easily be like 'derp, lets go borrow his car'
if you need new keys, email
[email protected] with your keys, payment information, email, etc. Do note: we don't make a habit of replacing keys (more than once) for people who like to lend them out - as that's your issue that you let someone borrow them. If it happens again, we have the right to refuse your keys due to you abusing support
If you didn't let someone borrow your keys ... then you need to scan your system for viruses / change your email pw ... as that's the only way that they could been taken (or you teamviewered w/ someone who wasn't Staff. IE: Not tony, me, cng, laria, etc) - which is also your issue.
