So i have bought a key, that was no issue, cos you wanna play, you gonna pay .... :) , but....... when i log in, i cant see my store products, when i log into the store they are there, what can i do about this ?
 
Same here...except I submitted a support ticket and got told my key had expired and refer to the expiration post. In other words, no help at all.
 
And they've worked it out...quite fast too (considering I'm sure they're being blasted right now with tickets)
