New Key invalid and not showing up in Buddyauth.

Hello, i contacted the support email and they told me to post here.
key was checked, apparently fine, but its not showing up in Buddyauth and is giving me an Invalid key error.

Log:

[05:22:42.692 N]
Invalid product key!
[05:22:42.817 N] Authentication failed!

Hello, I'm also encountering this issue. I just bought another key from bossland shop and have got the same issue with OP.

I've already contacted support as well and I got the same error as OP and my new key does not show in buddyauth [dot] com as well.

Should i PM you my ticket number as well?

Hiya, I'm having the same issue, I bought my pass a few years ago, and it had an expiration date of the around 2021ish, I've sent an email and the ticket number is (#209780). Could someone look into it please
