I bought a honor buddy 3 session for 1 year key. when I log on HB with this key in the game, and I logged on my username in buddystore, it didn't load the profile automatically. I restarted the HB few times, it didn't work still. Then I went to Buddy Auth Portal. I checked the key list, but my new key wasn't in the list. Then I tried to attach the new key into it. But it shows ''Key already claimed''. Therefore I couldn't use all the profile and routines that I had already purchase from buddystore. I need help please!
