New key - char do anything

Hello, i just bought a key.

I started bot and my char finished all the starter quest than he went to Azsuna and now is stuck. He doesn't move. What's wrong!?

I deleted + reinstalled everything and now it's working - I'm just not sure if the 100-110 quest is working fine, it keeps questing + random kill monster in Azsuna even if i made 2 levels + have new quests in Dalaran
