Have u try to delete any old hex name *.exe such as AB1CB7.exe in AB folder ?
I have same problem before because I use old file that's copy from my last backup from another PC
but on last patch they change some method for launcher and if cannot run it's need to reinstall Updater.exe and let it generate new AB launcher file .exe related to your PC hardware
