New guy with a (probably stupid) question...

Hi all.

My wife and I just signed up yesterday and we think we got everything running okay. However, just now, when she tries to start up the Bot, it starts and then immediately stops. For an instant, we can see the information load up at the top, and the recent catches listed on the left, and some pokemon appear on the map, and then POOF, it goes back to the start. Repeated tries at the Start Bot button meets with the same results.

Is this what getting banned looks like?

I'm sorry. I was probably unclear. Still not sure what the problem is, but her account worked fine on my computer. Thanks for trying to understand.
