new desk top and honorbuddy will not run

hey guys i made a new desktop 64 bit system plays wow on ultra really impressed, problem im getting is honorbuddy will go on my laptop no problem at all , but when i try to run it on my desktop it just will not boot up without crashing , i have wow in 32 bit mode and direct 9 , but still honorbuddy crashes , please help
