New Customer Stuck on Idle 148

I was stuck on idle on 147 and tried upgrading to 148 and still stuck on idle. Logging in via PTC. Connection works and it seems to get the info for my pokemon. Coordinates are set to where pokemon and stops should be visible at all times. Pokemon catching is set to on. No radius is being used.

The bot does not move, pokemon, gyms, and stops are not visible on the map (related?).

Never been able to get this bot to work.

Yes tried that....no luck.

Radius is set to off currently.....but it doesn't matter I can set it to 2 or 3 or 5 km and it doesn't seem to matter.

Sometimes I have the same "issue";p (no pokestop or gym), I just stop pokefarm, try login on mobile (without GPS location), turn off PoGo, and start pokefarm

Yeah, thought about that previously tried it. No luck but thanks for the suggestion!
