New computer, old key

So I bought a key in 2015 and since then I've gotten a new computer and my Honorbuddy doesn't seem to work on this one, can you make it so I can use it on this computer aswell? Buying a new key isn't acceptable.

The keys are not bound to hardware in any way (as far as i know).

If its not working then you probably missing depencys.

Also post always full log.

I've had the same HB key over the span of four computers. Three desktops and a laptop. The key isn't bound to hardware. Make sure you've gotten all the support files installed from the download post. Also, if that doesn't work, contact support with your HB key and try to post up a full log if you can.
