New Character - Help :)

So ive decided to Lvl a new character and trying the Azenius Project.
But the question is, what class and what race.
State your favorites here and explain why:

Classes u CANT pick:
Death Knight
Shaman
Hunter
Warlock
Druid
Rogue

So that leaves:
Priest
Mage
Warrior
Paladin.

And ofc Azenius is only horde so pick some horde races

not that I like horde at all, but I'd say paladin Tauren.
Reason for saying so? Therre new, There BIG, there cool, Paladin = less downtime then the other 3 classes.

i would say pally but not a tauren since there bigg and have issue's trying to naviagte into small area's (well with my experiences with tauren's)
