New Change to Dungeon Deserter buff?

Few observations, prior to the downtime this week I could log in with my tank and queue up my dps on my 2nd account, once we entered the instance I would drop group on my tank then go on my merry little way. After downtime I am no longer able to do this. If I drop group my DPS get kicked, if I Disconnect my tank, my DPS get kicked and if I have the raid vote to kick my tank I get kicked AND if I kill the 1st boss in the instance and then have my tank leave..I STILL get kicked.

Anyone seeing the same thing?

I think I remember hearing something about this. To stop people from buying a tank Q then the tank just leaves.. Now if your tank or heals leave everyone he Q'd with gets kicked. I might be wrong tho. Just rumors threw the grapevine.

This is REALLY old. I remember this since at least from the beginning of cataclysm.
People used to ask tank class that were about to log off to que them and then leave if they didn't mind having the deserter debuf.
It was consider "cheating" or at least not fair.
I remember reading something about it on mmo-champion a very long time ago.

Just worked at the very first glimpse of "looking for dungeon" but blizzard hot fix it really fast
