It's a result of

[18:17:28.744] [Debug] Something went wrong in attempting to fetch the profile for the current map; trying again!

There will be an option to disable asynchronous profile loads in TL soon, disabling it should fix that.

Can I do something immediately so that the bot is running again?
The bot stops every 2 hours unfortunately.
Actually I run 3 Accounts on premium and restart TL every 2 houres sucks.

There is actually a fix coming up for this which I'm testing right now. It'll give you the option in the settings file (file, not window!) to disable Asynchronous calls to the server, which cause the problems that have been plaguing EU and NA users of TankLeader for quite some time.
