new at pokefarmer..after bought i cant use well due auto close

as topic..i bought it today n i tried bot but my pokefarmer after bot few min it will auto close without any error.....any1 facing this problem or issue...i don't know wan how to ss to supporter because doesnt show any error n it just keep auto close...help me pls..and sry for my bad english

Okay what are your catch settings and radius settings. if you go past it, the bot will try to close itself as a security function.

my radius setting is 2500 meter....n catch setting were past pokemon if catch 100 in last hour...

Yeah you got to decrease your # of pokemons to catch per hour. You can only catch 1000 in 24hours. And i dont even recommend coming anywhere close to 1000

well now i set 30 pokemon per hour and skip pokestop when have more then 40pokeball and skip pokestop when loot more then 45 inhour...same crash and auto close......need real help TT

Can you upload a new logfile? i can't see the crash in it.
