New anti-bot weapon from blizzard Or bug?

I have several times come to check up on my botting to see if it had dc'ed(annoying net conenction) and discovered my wow gone completely black, i'm talking everything except action bars, bags and portrait + health/power bars. This first occurd for me after patch 5.3 came out.

Any known information on this?

It would be a pretty nice "weapon" from blizzard to easily see if someone is botting, if their entire screen is black and they are still moving around picking herbs, gathering ores or doing something third that would require eye sight to do its surely a bot

I remember back in cata that you got this bug allot in deepholm and that water zone (can't remember the name)
I thought there was an plguin that's detect a black screen but I'm not sure about that.
