New account almost insta banned

Wanted to setup a new account for some of the risky botting, so setup a VPN in my VM (with an IP that was never used to connect to Trion games, off a server I own, not some paid VPN service), started downloading game yesterday. When I tried to resume the download today it said the account was banned and an email had been sent.

Never got the email and hadn't even finished installing the game, so not sure what they're doing. Also not sure how to setup that second account now...
 
I am not sure what your problem is tbh. Some official even said, if you want to play again you are invited, but don't use programs again. I just created a second account no vpns no nothing and used the very same installation, HWID etc.

No problem playing it, although I am not using AB on it yet, but didn't have the chance either.

they just instaban all new accounts.
I did not use any bots of software

But the wierd part is that Trion had never seen that HWID/IP before. I haven't been banned at all yet, just wanted to setup a 2nd account:
- Installed Win7 in a VM
- Installed OpenVPN on the VM and on a server I'm the only person using
- Connected to OpenVPN to hide real IP and went to register a glyph account
- Downloaded Glyph and started downloading AA while sleeping
- Turned off VM in the morning to use the computer, few hours later when I opened it and had to log into Glyph again it was banned

Glyph might have been able to detect that it was running through a VM or VPN, but Trion is really desperate if they start banning for this.

I assure you that this is not the case, I run a VM with a VPN on it with no bans and another computer with a different VPN and no bans on that either.
 
I just have no ideas why they ban me lol.
Im just want to play without bot.
Think if they keep ban people for nothing = lose players

Black Desert will come soon :)
