Never received my key

I paid twice for one day subscription and you never sent me the keys. I did everything you asked and i also received my receipt that i paid!I logged into the auth portal and nothing is there also. PLEASE get back to me asap. If anyone knows something let me know please.

BosslandGmbH employees monitor this forum daily, so you're in the right place for this. Alas, the forum mods cannot help you with this issue directly, and must relay the information to the BosslandGmbH front office. The front office can take up to 96 hours to respond, sometimes.

You might try again, to send your information to [email protected], and let them know it is the second time you're trying.

The good news is...
Your keys don't start expiring until you use them for the first time. So your 1-day subscriptions are not "on the clock", yet.

thanks for you reply. I am wondering if i make new account with new email address and name but with the same paypal can i receive my key or i will face the same problems?i am asking cause i need to use it today and when they send me the already paid keys i will use them.

No, a new account would mess things up further. In the previous reply, I failed to mention Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal.

Go there, and register with the same email you used to make the purchase. After that, you may have access to your purchased keys. At least its something to try while we wait.
