hmm, now wow won't open says encountered critical error.

Could of been that windows update earlier.

I'm having the same problem. Just updated HB logged in WoW found this error. Updated Graphics Drivers, Rebooted had a Windows 10 update, tried again same error. While i'm in-game its frozen and I can't move and if I /reload I'm floating in the sky and can't see anything
