Netframe work aint installing :/

I know this is not really directed to Honorbuddy but As much as i noticed I need some kind of net framework 3.5 service pack 1.
I have windows XP service pack 3 i think and I am not the greatest computer tech so if you can help me talk dummy language.
I checked control panel and I have microsoft net frame 2.0 SP2 and netframework 4 client installed. First whenever I started Honor buddy I got am message it couldnt be run when i checked it it says on this side i need that framework 3.5 SP1..

Anyway whenever I am installing it it gets stuck at like 99% or well full bar and doesnt do anything :/ Im really confused could anyone assist a idiot like me?
