net framwork problem

Hey Guys,

i got a problem when i want to start HB a window opens which says i need to install .net framework 4.0 .
So i installed it . still doesnt work.
I tryred the Wizzard still doesnt work.
i Tryed the .net framework form Microsoft(4.5) still doesnt work.

I dont know what to do anymore.....

Try carefully following the instructions for a 'clean install':

HelpDesk: "Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

These instructions will use the 'installer' rather than a zip file. The installer should take care of setting up all necessary dependencies.

If no joy, please make a post to the Support forum regarding the issue.
