Net Framework problem v3.5

Hello, I have problem with my custom class profiles. After I starting HB everything is fine except custom class the program running perfect but when i get in combat my char stay freeze. i changed allot of CC and my char still freeze in combat, then i see in debug window this msg:

i think the problem is here and if somebody can help me to fix this, pls help

make sure that all Windows updates are installed and also update your Hb
