.NET Framework needs to be upgraded?

When i start the bot i get a error message like this.

To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: V4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instrucitions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework.

I tryed to uninstall my current one, and install the newer version. But it dosnt seems to work. I also tryed to rebot my computer.
Clean the %Temp% Files. Using "CC Cleaner".

I have Windows7 32Bit As a OP. And i downloaded the bot from this website. Any suggestions on how i could make it work? I would really like it.

Redownload .net framework v4 Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center
 
ChuckLee, That is for demonbuddy, and even tho i run it. It still tell me that i dont have the req to run HonorBuddy.

It's for all 'Buddy' Products

and still the same error as before, yes?

you get that while trying to run Hb or the wizard?

Exact problem is i bought hb today,i downloaded hb from here: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...5-quick-hb-guide-presentation-fast-setup.html , i downloaded microsoft visual and framework as well with last update,i did everything on the steps but when i came ''After unzipping Hb go to your main Hb folder and locate the "Honorbuddy.exe" file right click on it and select run as admin(only for Windows 7 or Vista users,XP users can double click on "Honorbuddy.exe" file)'' part, it gave an error called : To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319. Problem is I already installed it ,after the error i deleted it end reinstalled it,i tried delete hb, reinstall hb, run wow with it,run wow as admin run both as admin,ccleaner and more things but its giving error still,if you know why or if you have an idea about solutions please repost me,thanks.
 
I have exactly the same problem here. I'm running a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Can u help me?
 
There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
 
Still nothing :( i deleted hb and downloaded new version too,doesn t work...

It didn't fix problem,you can look with teamviewer if you want,please help me moderator i really need to fix this.
