.NET framework 4.6.1 can't be download correctly..

I tried Buddy Dependency Wizard or download the .NETFRAMEWORK 4.6.1 manually.
But both can't work.
It shown "The component store has been corrupted.
And attached is the log file.
Please help!!

this has to do with your OS,tried to google it?

My OS is windows 8. Tried google it before.
But always get stuck in 4.6.1 can't be download correctly..
