Negative gold per hour?

I am looking at the logs on DB and it states that I am getting "[20:27:40.613 N] Current Gold per Hour: -572757". Does this mean im losing money after every run? I am using the core of arreat profile on a DH with some GF gear. It has not died once but does take some damage from elites.

It means you spent money between your last run and that completed run
