[NeedHelp]How to deal with underwater grinding?

I want to grind mobs in the sea but when I enabled Questing Bot, the bot cannot farm normally. The bot was stuck on the water surface.
I think this is mainly because the Fly NavType. When try to get close to the mob underwater, the bot enter into the water. Meanwhile, the NavType was changed from Fly to Swim. So the Bot try to Fly again. Then get stuck. Mine is Druid and it continue changing form between cat, mankind and travel form.

So how can I solve it? I really appreciate your help!

Probably some limitations. For workaround, try handle the movement with CTM only, if would work for you goals.
