Hi! I need to send my MSINFO.TXT to blizz regarding a graphic related problem. But the problem is that when I use the Windows key+R and search for HB or honorbuddy, there's loads of things coming up. Which means I'd practially turn in myself about botting if I did this. What should I do?

You could use search and replace to remove them all, assuming you know what they all are.

Ye I know, but it looks wierd and there is really TONS of numbers, codes, texts and so.They would probably notice it, and I would be too happy with that.

Dont send it? Run wow again without Honorbuddy and try get the same error?

I made the ticket for a reason, and it's because it's annoying to have this issue, so I would really need to send it.

A restart on WoW without HonorBuddy did not help. It's loads of text and actually many of my other programs are in that list. (And no, I do not have HB up running, but it's still written everywhere in the middle of numbers and texts.

Just do as timotyman says and send it without Honorbuddy running, and you wouldnt risk anything.

Remove the MSINFO file, and start wow a couple of times without honorbuddy, then send that.

I've restarded WoW loads of times without it. Even left the computer unused for a day now without any better results. There are loads of texts like these:

Have you tried pressing ctrl+alt+del and look if honorbuddy is in the processes should just be called Honorbuddy.exe
If not, just remove the Honorbuddy.exe in the text file

delete the file, run wow, (without honorbuddy) let it crash. (it should make a new file containing the actual problem.

my suggestion is to ether re-download wow, or run the repair tool, and see if that fixes the issue. if the repair comes up clean it might be your machine.

No it's not. And as you can see this was a long time ago, check the date. 2012-05-18. It's probably saved because something happened with HB then.

Regarding the removal of the honorbuddy texts... there are like 50 honorbuddy stuffed in every here and there in that file. And it's in the middle of codes, text and such.. I certanly think that they can see that I've removed the text "honorbuddy". Especially since there are loads of codes around the text which probably belongs to HB, which they should be aware of.

How do I make WoW crash? It's not often it does, and whenever it do, it's when HonorBuddy is running. Also I actually think that each time something "unexpected" happens, it gets added to the "MSINFO32". I don't think that anything will be removed, which means the HB texts always will be there. I've ran the repair tool without succes, a re-download would take ages, especially with all the macros, keybindings and such. And also I don't think it's my computer since the graphical issue is gone if I restart WoW a few times.

If i understand this, u sent ticket to Blizzard cause HB is crashing ur WoW?
Wow.. just wow
edit:If u run any other games while u bot with HB,thats crashing it,so try Sandboxie and run wow+ HB inside it

i don't see the issue here tbh, follow the guys suggestions, so you're sure wow have been running some time without HB, when that is done, just edit your msinfo ?? really easy... just remove the parts with honorbuddy included, as you said blizzard only need the graphic part ??
