need to send MSINFO and DXDIAG to blizz for trouble shooting, my game wont update

i think i remember seeing it on the blizz forums. a guy posted his report and a hundred people trolled him reposting the section showing honorbuddy. not sure the date, maybe its been fixed, just saying, at one time, you could see

Why not just reinstall the game completely? MSINFO holds a lot of info, including all the wow crashes and HB crashes you've had, mine goes back to last year.

Also is there any reason you can't open the file and do a honorbuddy search and delete all relevant info? Then send it to them.

Would be better to reinstall game. This also happens to me sometimes on a hard reset or shutdown.

I just delete all wow temp files error files, wow char config files in wow dir. Reinstall if fails.

it just says "oops something went wrong try again later" when i tried updating but banned for 6 months so guess it dosent matter

mafia could you be more specific, i followed what they told me me to do, go into roaming find programdata delete all blizzard folders etc then try to reinstall.

its not a bug or something that requires a fix

thats how your OS works,its common sense you have to filter what you send to Blizz

just press control+F and search for the term "honor" and you should find them all

Honestly I would never send any data to blizz if I had problems gg. Would find other ways to solve anything related to hb/wow.
