I am unable to run poke farmer I am receiving an error for which I raised a support ticket but I was reffered to teke help from the FORUM.

The pokefarmer was launched for the first time on my machine and pokefarmer gave me this error and didn't launch, even if the log are created please guide me a little, how to find the logs?

Download the Visual C++ Redistributable:

For Windows 64-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit)
For Windows 32-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32-bit)


Install the respective version and update it. That should fix your problem

I downloaded the C++ again and it was the same version I installed on 9th April. I believe that the issue is with "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" file. Could you please provide me a path to get the best file "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" for Pokefarmer?

Dear iCKR,

I have already downloaded the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 and successfully installed it.

I believe that the issue is with "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" file. Please guide me how to correct this file?

Did you update it? if you do a windows update you should no longer get that error.

I tried to run the pokefarmer on a new machine. It was launched successfully.

The moment I entered the Hashing key in the start bot popup, the app crashed and closed. now it is crashing on every time I try to run the bot.

What could be the reason?

Dear ICKR,

I have a new question, what is the difference between "Pokehash" type key and "Pokefarmer" type key and if I have Pokefarmer type key, can it be changed to Pokehash type key?

A hash key can be used with other bots supporting our hash keys. Hash keys however will not work for Pokefarmer.

Pokefarmer key only works for pokefarmer.

In other words, if you wanna use PF then buy a PF key. If you want to use other bots, then buy a hash key.

I have a Pokefarmer key for 1 year use and I want to convert it to Poke hash key, how can this be done?

I bought my key recently on April 9, 2017 and unfortunately I am not able to use the Key at all till now. please help me in converting my key type.

Request for a refund since it's under a week, you should get the refund. Then you can buy Poke Hash key after that.
