Need support

Hi my Name is Luxlord and I used to bot quite a while ago but stopped like 6 months ago. Now I wanted to start botting again but sadly I dont have my keys nor can I remember which of my many email accounts I used.
So I tried to get some support to recover my account but nobody answered my requests. Can someone please tell me where I can ask to recover my account/email so I can get my Keys to start botting again?

okay I did as you told me and I received the mail I used and changed it to my new one but now I have my Key and my Username and still when I start it I get an error. "authentification failed"
I used my name in the top box and my key in the lower box. What am I doing wrong?

you use your username in 1st
you use your pw in 2nd​
